1. Mixed saccharification system
The production of microbeer basically follows the pure beer method, which only uses malt, water, hops, and yeast. No auxiliary materials are used, so no gelatinization pot is set up. The popular configuration is: saccharification boiling pot, filtering vortex tank. The former is used for malt impregnation, saccharification, and wort boiling; The latter is used for wort filtration, temporary storage, separation of hop and lees, and thermal coagulation. Previously, the filter residue was also used as a saccharification pot. However, due to the inability to saccharify the material precipitated under the sieve plate, it is easy to cause unclear wort filtration and affect the beer flavor.
2. Fermentation equipment system
Fermentation mainly uses conical fermentation tanks and horizontal fermentation tanks. The pre fermentation is carried out in a conical tank, while the post fermentation is carried out in a horizontal tank. It can also be produced using the conical can one can method.
3. Auxiliary equipment
